Some of the workers don't know anything bout parts or how to read the ID number to find the part in the back had to go back twice on their ignorance just got a refund and went across the street to O'Reilly
Advance used to be our "go-to" place for auto parts and tools...not anymore. Incompetent and devious employees have turned us away for good. O'Reilly is now our auto parts store!
Advanced has very great service, their employee's are helpful and nice. When in advanced service is usually quick.
They charge double what everyone else does and the staff is mostly teenagers who have no mechanical knowledge.
