This place is disgusting. We only stayed there because there was absolutely no place else to go because of the hurricane. The shower was moldy and the faucets were ready to fall off. I am not sure the sheets were clean. The manager first gave us key to a room that was not ready and then ran around peeking in the windows of other rooms to see if the beds were made. The lamp shades were full of holes and some lamps didn't work. Bad bad bad.
The Staff is Rude. I booked online on Expedia and when I arrived at 1:00 in the morning the gentleman working the front desk told me they had no availability. I showed him my confirmation and he told me that he had a stack of confirmations and Expedia people never show up. I explained to him that I was there and needed a room. After waiting an hour I finally received my room. The room was disgusting and dirty. The mattresses are stained. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:00 am asking if we were checking out. Check out time is 11:00 am. We had 1 towel in the room. I asked them 3 times for towels and NEVER received any.
The worst place I ever seen. They have a big roach problem and the rooms are very uncomfortable, smell like dog piss and are so disgusting.
Hotel is full of roaches especial in the bed and refrigerator. My room was filty upon arrive and management was not available to fix the problem so I had to clean room myself. Next morning I showed management pictures of dead roaches in refrigerator and alive roaches crawling about the room and the dirty towels and trash of previous occupants. He stated he didn't care and he would not refund any of my money for my inconvenience. I had to sleep in the chair because roaches was so bad in the bed area. Please anyone reading this do not stay at this motel. My experience was AWFUL!!!!!!
The room smells like dog piss the showers are cold. The first night I stayed I was so tired. I didn't feel like trying to move my stuff after 14 hrs working. That said that would have house keeping clean it up. Ok. Cool came back after an other 14 3hr day same condition. Don't stay here! That will not refund your money. Pay the extra money to stay some where else . Or you will pay to stay some where else and that will take your money also. Disgusting! Don't stay here!
